Inspected and explain clearly of causes with photo of evident. Provided a reasonable quote (compare to other) with details of work to carry out. A courtesy text before arrival. After the work is completed. Presented with proved of photo and some extra tasks with no extra charge. And provided a receipt with 5 years warrant.
